- Prep Checklist Review Meeting (1 hr)
- Blueprint Document
- 1 x Business Unit
- 5 x Users (Default Roles)
- 1 x Sender From Name and Email Address
- 1 x Salesforce CRM Integration
- 1 x CRM to MC subscription sync
- Basic responsive email template
- Email build & test
- Guided email send
- IP warmup strategy or IP guidance if on a dedicated IP
- Email Studio handbook
- Basic Opt out Preference page with up to 2 preferences (Email Only)
- 3 Step Email Welcome Journey
- 3 Step Email Reengagement Journey
- 2x CRM Campaigns to track Journey outcomes
- Solution Handover (4 hrs)
- Warranty (1 month)
What’s not included?
- Business process documentation or training documentation outside of those explicitly listed in scope
- Deployment to be done directly in production, no test accounts, no test environments
- Relational data solutioning and configuration
- API Consulting or configuration
- Business analysis and Customer activities required to migrate existing data
- Data cleansing, de-duplication, enrichment or reformatting. Data will be loaded as provided
- Client must provide the complete CSV file following correct naming convention in the FTP
- Data migration after the initial load
- Dynamic Content Blocks
- Responsive email template uses default Marketing Cloud templates
- Basic Preference page is for Email only and using CRM fields to sync (must be boolean field only)
- Sender Authentication Package (SAP) configuration
- SSL Certificate setup
- Custom Reply Mail Management configuration and any issues relating to no emails being sent or received, Customer must work with Salesforce Support to resolve
- If Salesforce CRM User for Marketing Cloud Connect is not an Admin then a Change Request will be created to add additional hours to support for troubleshooting
- AMPscript development and training
- Custom Responsive Email Template
- Discovery Workshop up to 2 hours
- Any impacts, project delays or slippages caused as a result of SAP or SSL setup by Salesforce is not the responsibility of AFDigital

- No signup form
