About the Client:
TV5 is a major Filipino commercial multi-channel and multi-platform media network.
Problem:
TV5 receives a huge volume of customer interactions daily. This means that handling their social media, digital marketing strategies, and social customer service initiatives can be a challenge. TV5 wanted to be up-to-date with the online community of their different business units.
What We Did
AFDigital deployed full-time Community Managers to assist in improving TV5’s social customer service, providing quick responses to the network’s online audience.
Each manager builds a stronger social community, supporting different business units of TV5 — ranging across gaming, sports, news, and lifestyle. They promote popular TV shows online, update program schedules, and post information about live events and giveaways.
