Positive Real Estate has been using Salesforce CRM, but the brand has been reaching its limits. They have also experienced challenges with their current Email/SMS tool.
What We Did
AFDigital worked closely with Positive Real Estate to implement the #1 marketing technology platform, Marketing Cloud, and ensure a long-term strategic growth for the brand. Our team set up the platform’s basic configurations including Email Studio, email templates, and a journey. We also created an Email Studio handbook to help the Positive Real Estate team get familiar with the ins and outs of the tool, along with a handover training and extended 1-week support to help them get the most out of Marketing Cloud.
We also set up Mobile Studio to enable the brand to send out relevant SMS Campaigns to their customers and provide a holistic customer journey.
