What We Did
PSA partnered with AFDigital on their digital transformation journey with a main objective to ultimately build smarter customer journeys. With Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud, the brand was able to centralise engagement information in a single CRM and provide more perceived value to their members through a better customer experience. Our team worked closely with the brand to implement the platform, build smart journeys, and provide hands-on support and admin services through TeamX.
