AFDigital, together with Salesforce and StoreConnect, started the fiscal year strong with an exclusive breakfast event for the nonprofit industry last July 27 at the Establishment Rooms in Sydney.
Aptly titled Redefine the Donor’s Experience with Salesforce and StoreConnect, the event showcased technology and industry speakers who shared valuable insights and opportunities that will enable nonprofit organisations to run more efficiently and build and manage relationships to support their mission. We also invited amazing guest speakers from the nonprofit sector who shared and inspired the audience with their success stories.
The event kicked off with KC Fonzi, Salesforce Solutions Architect discussing the Current State of Fundraising, followed by StoreConnect Founder and CEO Mikel Lindsaar, who shared how Salesforce and StoreConnect offer a complete integrated solution for nonprofits.
These insightful discussions were followed by an exciting and inspiring fireside chat between AFDigital Founder and Managing Director, Pauline Pangan, together with Mia Pacey, Co-Chair of the Sydney Salesforce Women in Tech Group, and Mike Peppou, Head of Business Solutions for Unicef Australia. Talking points included the most pressing business problems that they needed to solve and the process then went through to figure out the right solution, as well as the results they got and how these affected how to move their mission forward, and ultimately, how everything impacted their organisation and beneficiaries.
Robin Leonard, AFDigital Co-Founder and CEO, discussed Sustainability and the future state of the NFP industry. This was followed by a Q&A session where the audience was given the chance to pick the speakers’ brains and gain valuable insight on how they can improve the giving experience for their donors.
Apart from the discussions, guests were treated to a sumptuous meal. They also had the chance to mingle and connect with like-minded peers. It was our first face-to-face event in a while and it was such a delight to be able to finally catch up in person.
Our event was a success and our content was well-received by our guests, so we are thrilled to share it with a wider audience through a webinar on August 17. You can register for the webinar here.
We’re hoping you can join our webinar - and our next in-person events!
