Virtus Health had been with Salesforce for a long time but struggled transition to Lightning and get the most out of the platform.
WHAT WE DID
AFDigital performed a Health Check on their current Salesforce Sales Cloud instance and provided a clear roadmap to ensure they are using native functionality to its full potential and ultimately migrating the company to Lightning.
After the initial Health Check, the team followed an Agile Sprint methodology to work through the prioritised backlog of changes, which included external system integrations, data structure cleanup, deduplication, Lightning migration and general tidying.
As originally planned, after the first 3 months the client successfully migrated to Lightning.
