WHAT WE DID
UNICEF Australia tapped AFDigital to assist them in optimising their journeys, so our team worked with the brand through advisory and on-site consulting to break down the journey in smaller journeys to make updating content easier, as well as review their Marketing Cloud set-up to avoid using populations and follow best practices.
Our team set up a workshop to show UNICEF Australia how to showing how to build the first 1-2 mini journeys so that they are empowered to build the remaining communications from the main journey, enabling them to create smarter and more relevant customer experiences.
