Tennis Australia needed a social monitoring tool to help them transition from native and manual social media engagement to a more efficient and streamlined process. They also had limited social media reporting and listening.
WHAT WE DID
AFDigital implemented Social Studio, Social Automate, and Command Centre to help Tennis Australia visualise their social activities in their office. AFDigital also set up social listening and ran reports about the Australian Open for a week on-site to help Tennis Australia gauge the audience’s sentiment before, during, and after the event. We also conducted training on reporting, insights and everything they need for the team to be familiar with their new tools and maximise its capability.
