Stockland has over 80 brands with 100 social accounts to manage. User access, consistency, and rolling out nationwide campaigns were difficult.
WHAT WE DID
AFDigital rolled out Salesforce Social Studio Publish, Engage and Analyze to 80 brands across Australia. This was an engineering feat in itself as there were thousands of individual configurations that needed to be designed, built, and tested.
We applied an Agile process to prototype design templates that went through full UAT before going into production build, where over 82 unique workspaces were set up including regional workspaces. Train the Trainer and full recorded webinar training were provided which enabled Stockland to roll out Social Studio quickly across Australia.
