Yamaha Music is one of the biggest wholesaler of music instruments, music-related equipment, and home entertainment products.
Yamaha is experiencing challenges in their digital transformation journey — they had no central view of their customers, they were not getting value from their existing database, and there was minimal customer journey automation.
What We Did
AFDigital helped Yamaha address their digital transformation needs by implementing an arsenal of Salesforce tools such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and Social Studio — and training Yamaha to operate them and maximise their capabilities. AFDigital also helped them create simple automated customer journeys and integrated their external system to keep their products in sync. We also have an ongoing TeamX engagement.
