Qantas needed a stronger social media presence across five markets in Asia.
WHAT WE DID
We managed Qantas’ digital marketing across top ASEAN markets including email, social advertising, publishing, engagement and reporting. This content is localized to six markets: Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. We used Social Studio to schedule and approve Qantas content and deliver regional social listening reports that gauge the sentiment in each market.
