The AFDigital team worked closely with nudie in 2 phases: first, to implement Social Studio and equip the team to own the platform so they can publish, engage and listen across all your social platforms.
Second, to create and implement customer journeys through CRM and Marketing Cloud, allowing nudie Marketing teams to build smart customer journeys, and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to known customers.
