Established in 1991, Aurora Expeditions is a small group touring company. It is owned by co-founders Greg and Margaret Mortimer, who both had a passion for adventure.


Aurora Expeditions needed help to transition to a B2C data model and connect their processes for a seamless customer experience.

What We Did

Aurora Expeditions were experiencing issues with their processes, such as duplicate leads and their marketing & reservations team being disconnected. More importantly, their digital experience does not reflect their premium product properly. AFDigital worked closely with the brand to connect their CRM with Marketing Cloud (after migration from Pardot) for a seamless and single view of their customer so they can be able to build smarter customer journeys—while also strategically setting themselves up for long-term success with Salesforce.
