GMHBA identified the need to improve their customer experience by enriching every phase of the customer lifecycle, with the main goal of increasing retention.
What We Did
GMHBA’s main objective is to improve their customer experience and increasing retention, AFDigital assisted the business to activate and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud and provide best practice API consulting to GMHBA team from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Our team, including architects, consultants, and other resources, worked closely with the brand to implement the platform, build basic and smart journeys, and conduct training and onboarding to the GMHBA team to enable them to maximise the platform. We are also providing ongoing support through TeamX Assist.
