About the Client:

Vision Australia is a leading national provider of blindness and low vision services in Australia which support more than 25,500 people of all ages and life stages, and circumstances through their 35 Vision Australia centres and through outreach programs across the country. They are a not-for-profit organisation and a major participant and partner in the international blindness community.

Problem(s):

Vision Australia have engaged AFDigital to help with their digital transformation through implementing Marketing Cloud best practices and utilise the platform to its maximum potential

What We Did

AFDigital worked with Vision AU to maximise their existing Marketing Cloud license through Healcheck and TeamX by consolidating all their data sources and automate processes. Through a discovery session, AFDigital and Vision AU reviewed all automations which required building. AFDigital provided MC fixes to consolidate and clean up all data sources for Vision AU’s contacts and subscribers. AFDigital then created email templates with accessibility in mind and provided basic 3-step email journeys in Journey Builder. Hands-on sessions were also conducted to refresh Vision AU’s marketing team with Marketing Cloud features. Through this, Vision AU can now provide enhanced and personalised communication to better connect with their customers and build journeys to reach their donors and build lasting relationships.
