WHAT WE DID
AFDigital worked closely with the Konnect Learning team to implement #1 CRM driving their B2B Sales Team. We also integrated with their website and setup with a robust Lightning Sales Process. Marketing Cloud was then implemented to drive powerful 1:1 email and SMS Campaigns with a focus on deliverability to drive training registration across their database. We automated their Customer Journey across the lifecycle including Lead Nurture, Purchase, Event, Cross-Sell and Re-Engagement. Giving them a true single view of the Customer.
