Foot Locker has had trouble with setting up audience segments and wanted to ensure that they are using the Marketing Cloud platform correctly.
WHAT WE DID
AFDigital helped Foot Locker setup Marketing Cloud, reset their database from scratch, and set up simple data extensions from the new database. Through this, the brand was able to target their communications to relevant segments and count each segment accurately.
The team also conducted training and provided advice to empower them to use the platform on their own. In 2019, Foot Locker decided to go on another direction, so AFDigital is assisting them in migrating off of Marketing Cloud in preparation for their transition to Emasys.
