Douugh is not slowing down their journey to true digital transformation, and they have tapped AFDigital to assist them in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, enabling the brand to leverage their customer data to create smarter and more effective customer journeys.
The AFDigital team facilitated the implementation, including Email Studio setup, email template, and journey creation, as well as training and a handbook for the Douugh team to empower them to utilise the platform on their own.
