WHAT WE DID
Craveable Brands were experiencing issues with their Salesforce platform, despite using the platform for a long time. Their CRM is not connected with Marketing Cloud and data from CRM is not being used for Social Studio (data is siloed), therefore having no single view of their customer. AFDigital worked closely with the brand to thoroughly review their current Salesforce licenses, including Social Studio, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, as well as provide a 12-month roadmap to guide them to a more efficient process.
