AFDigital, with the help of Salesforce, implemented Marketing Cloud including MobileConnect (SMS) and Advertising Studio, and a 6-step omni-channel journey to create a seamless journey for their students. These new tools created operational efficiencies among CAL’s departments through a unified and centralised data strategy provided by Salesforce.
