WHAT WE DID
AFDigital successfully implemented Marketing Cloud for Arq Group through onboarding and enablement of the team, setup of key features that will act as a solid foundation for further development, and building a strategic Digital Transformation Roadmap for the company. In addition, AFDigital built customer journeys and email templates for the brand and held Social Studio training for the team to be fully equipped to use the technology on their own.
