AFDigital's November Updates: Adidas Gold, New Clients, Certifications, and More!

This year had been one exciting ride for AFDigital and our clients. With still a month left to 2019, we still have plenty of surprises up our sleeves — and we dished out some of them in our November newsletter. We talked about a global sports brand’s success story with Salesforce Sales Cloud, our new clients, our company successes, and a meaningful Christmas party that you can participate in.

Everybody knows who Adidas is! Their venture into specific sports apparel and equipment gave birth to Adidas Golf, which now has around 300 retail partners in Australia alone. With such a large-scale operation, nobody would have thought that until recently, Adidas Golf was still handling their data manually.

Adidas Golf had been using Excel files to keep track of their retail partners (many of you know what that’s like) and was encountering miscommunication between sales and customer, as well as having difficulties gathering the latest update on engaging with prospects. Reports were being extracted manually—which meant they had to do this daily, weekly, or monthly depending on the report.

Adidas Golf knows that even the best never stop striving to be better. Once the brand realised they had to solve these internal problems, they tapped AFDigital to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud, the world’s #1 CRM, to revamp the way they do business.
