Transitioning from Pardot (Salesforce’s B2B Platform) to Marketing Cloud has become a smoother way for the brand to implement sales and marketing solutions — allowing Villa World’s Customer Excellence Team to transition its customer survey over to the platform. With Marketing Cloud now present in Villa World, this enabled the brand to automate processes and allowed them to communicate with a larger number of customers that they can reach.
