SALESFORCE DEVELOPER
About the Role:
The Salesforce developer may design, code, test and implement new Salesforce applications to meet project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives. Many aspects of the job are similar to those of a software developer, including analysis, testing and deployment of new or updated applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals.
- Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.

Qualifications:

About the Role:

About the Role:
This is a strategic position to our customers and within the Marketing Technology department. Salesforce Developers are experienced technical subject matter experts within specific domains of Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, technologies and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical consultation on various aspects of solutions.
- Develop specialities in Salesforce Marketing Cloud data management, scripting languages, API, and/or integrations’
- Execute advanced configuration/development activities per assigned work orders.
- Serve as a technical liaison to Salesforce Marketing Cloud product teams to support custom and/or atypical initiatives.

The Non-Profit & Education Director is an integral part of the sales cycle, acting as an implementation expert working in close alignment with customers and the sales teams to map out successful implementations. For each customer engagement, the Non-Profit and Education Director will assess complexity and propose the right service mix to ensure the customer’s success in their implementation cycle and beyond. This includes positioning the best consulting delivery organization(s) and the right support and training products needed for a customer’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in nonprofit or higher education enterprise architecture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation.
- Expertise facilitating virtual meetings and presenting to an executive level audience in a concise, inspirational, and convincing manner

About the Role:
The Commercial Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role, serving as an expert in Project Delivery, Customer Success, and a strategic advisor to stakeholders within the business. You will have substantial delivery management experience, in order to deliver results and performance within this role. This will be through the delivery of service requests, projects or programs of work that will deliver solutions required to drive business growth.
This is a hands-on execution-focused role, suited to a senior Salesforce project manager with a growth mindset, who enjoys working with internal and external business stakeholders and will excel at creating clarity from ambiguity. About the Role:
The Solution Architect plays a critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a viable and scalable solution that provides a net positive result for the client. The Solution Architect operates across both sales and delivery to provide solution architecture, design, estimates, prioritization, quality assurance and generate associated materials to assist the sales teams’ acquisition of new customers and recurring business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clients through a digital transformation journey by running strategic workshops, future journey design, quarterly business reviews and management consulting
- Drive solutions development through requirements gathering/analysis/discovery, business plan creation, and effort estimation

MC TECHNICAL ARCHITECT - SYDNEY
About the Role:
The Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant will work on Salesforce’s Marketing technology platform. This role’s main responsibility is delivering solutions on Salesforce marketing products such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, Mobile Connect, Audience Builder, Personalisation Builder, within the Delivery Services team.
The role is key to ensuring the integration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud is successful. The Marketing Cloud Technical Consultant will have a strong programming background, and will have expertise in infrastructure architecture, client relationships, presentation, team management, and thought leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advisory on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and how other systems will integrate.
- Drive solutions development through requirements gathering/analysis/discovery, business plan creation, and solution level of effort estimation to ensure that client interests are met and potential business opportunities are established
